Wow ! My golf pro used to make me do a one foot drill when I used to have too much lateral movement. It made a huge difference. Never thought to apply it to racquetball. It’s interesting to see how biomechanics transcend the sports.
I discovered this to be useful when one starts getting ‘off’ hitting …just stop and do this drill and it seems to really help dispose of the ‘stepping’ stuff contributing to a sub-optimal swing…. Useful drill!
